Covid-19 could not cancel love. Lindsey and Jody had planned for their July 19th, 2020 wedding at Wychmere Beach Club for a full year. As their date approached, it became clear that we had to postpone the wedding to 2021. The disappointment that they would have to wait a full year to be married settled in. But as time went on, they knew that they couldn’t wait another full year to be married. So on their date – this year – they celebrated their marriage with a micro wedding at the nearby Lighthouse Inn.

Surrounded by only their nearest and dearest, Lindsey wore her wedding gown and they exchanged vows right on the beach. 100 guests tuned in over Zoom to watch the nuptials. After their ceremony, the small party enjoyed dinner at the inn followed by a social-distanced hang-out. Love could not and would not be cancelled for this incredible couple.
