We are here to listen, to guide and to move you through the planning process in a streamlined, relaxed and efficient way.
Research
We work with thousands of carefully curated and vetted vendors across the country. In getting to know you, your priorities and your personality, we carefully match you with the perfect vendors for your day. We attend every vendor consultation with you to help guide interview questions and we ensure that you have all of the information necessary to make fully informed decisions as you plan.
Guest Experience
Weddings are not only an opportunity to celebrate you and your betrothed, but to celebrate those who have raised you, supported you, loved you and carried you to this day. Guest experience is paramount and we believe in the fine art of true hospitality. Every Hummingbird Event is planned with careful attention to ensuring that your guests feel deeply cared for, comfortable and celebrated.

Through the visual aesthetic of the day down to the 360 degree guest experience, every sensory element of your event will reflect who you are and we will help guide you through the process of visual storytelling through event design.

Someone needs to be in charge on your wedding day and you certainly shouldn't have to bear the burden of wedding day stress associated with managing timelines, vendors, design execution and guest experience. We are here to serve as the central point of oversight for your day. We are here to ensure that not only are you and your guests feeling relaxed and joyful, but that your vendors are managed and supported in a way that best allows them to perform their duties to the fullest.

We offer fully inclusive services - yes, fully inclusive - so that you don't need to worry about whether something is or isn’t included. There are no limitations on communications or time spent planning with us. We are yours, fully and completely, from the day that we begin working together until the last guest has left.
