Instead, they opted for a luxury Boston microwedding with just 21 guests, filled with bold, whimsical, and over-the-top design elements. The result? An intimate celebration with all the grandeur of a large-scale event, set in the heart of the city.
Hosted outdoors in Boston, this intimate wedding was inspired by the couple’s love of fantasy and fairytale woodland scenes. Hummingbird Events and Fleur Events collaborated to bring that vision to life through immersive floral storytelling. The focal point: a stunning floral tunnel installation. that arched over the al fresco dining table, creating a lush, enchanted canopy above guests.
ELEVATED DINING WITH RUSSIAN SERVICE
To enhance the exclusivity and luxury of the evening, the couple chose traditional Russian service, where each guest had a dedicated server attending to their every need. This rare and refined approach to service made the dining experience feel deeply personal and indulgent.
DANCING UNDER THE STARS & COUTURE MOMENTS
As the stars came out, guests danced beneath the night sky while the bride stunned in not one, but two reception gowns—each more glamorous than the last. Every moment of this Boston microwedding was crafted with intentionality, style, and heartfelt hospitality.
THE FLOATING WEDDING CAKE: A SHOWSTOPPING DESIGN
The ultimate wow moment? A floating wedding cake suspended five feet in the air on a custom-designed swing by Silver Whisk Bake Shop. Adorned with cascading fresh flowers and lit by the soft glow of the tent, the cake literally hovered above the reception, creating a visual centerpiece guests will never forget.
